What I do at Magic General Recruiting Team

As the leader of the General Recruiting Team, I am responsible for overseeing the operations, strategies, and planning of the entire team. My role involves ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes, developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, and planning for the future growth and success of the team. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, I work closely with team members to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Who am I?

With more than 15 years of experience as a seasoned Recruiting & HR professional, I bring expertise in full cycle recruiting for various roles, including volume, targeted, technical, and executive positions. My diverse industry background spans retail, IT logistics, BPO/Shared Services, Financial Services, Advertising, and B2B SaaS. As a people manager and certified leadership trainer, I excel at managing teams and developing talent.

Advice for prospective candidates

To all candidates, I have some advice for you: be authentic. There's no need to sugarcoat or try to present yourself as perfect. We can see through that from miles away. Instead, answer questions based on your real experiences and provide us with facts. We value honesty and transparency.

During our interviews, we utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to assess your values and competencies. So, there's no need to flaunt or exaggerate your achievements. Just be yourself and share genuine examples from your past experiences. This will give us a better understanding of your skills and fit within our organization.
